….Makes Perfect Sense.
A relationship without trust is like a car without gas. You can sit in it all you want but it isn’t going anywhere.

Eating at College 101
If you are anything like me you may have found yourself stuck with the all you can eat style of the dining facility at your university. These are a few tips I’m learning this semester to avoid packing on the pounds!
Look for the vegetarian and light choices, steamed veggies are very filling and offered with every meal. Avoid: green beans with bacon, anything coated in cheese or slathered in butter.
Next is finding a starch! I usually take about half a cup’s worth of rice or potatos with each meal. Avoid: macaroni and cheese, potato au gratin etc.
We are fortunate enough to usually have a lean protein or steamed fish offered with our meals. I usually select several ounces or about the size of my iPhone. Avoid: barbecue, Chinese style meats in sauces, heavy gravies, ham or sausage.
Make one plate and sit it down. Go to the salad bar and grab pickles, a light salad or a broth based soup to avoid wanting to go back for extras. Tomorrow I’ll post pictures of a typical meal.
Happy dining fitblrs!
Broken Hearted.
My boyfriend and I broke up. Actually he broke up with me. So that is that. This happened a while ago but I’ve been dealing with the break up. I gained a bit during our break up so I am unfortunately no longer 45lbs lighter.
I moved cities to attend a new college in a new city. Scary! Exciting! Everything I dreamed it would be? Not quite but I am still enjoying it here.
I am working on losing weight. I’m going to change the direction of this blog to college girls living on campus and trying to lose weight. I’m struggling with being restricted to eating at the campus dining hall and not being able to count calories. Anyone else having similar issues?
So far I have made a few friends and went on a few dates. I will probably also start chronicling the adventures of my OkCupid dating.
I’ve lost 45 lbs…….

366 down to 321.
Such a huge happy dance right now.
Who Want to play ?
Word’s with friends anybody? Drop me an ask and I’ll add you
Everyday I’m Shufflin’
and it makes me break a sweat! It’s fun, high energy and comes with a great playlist. That is a dance craze I can support! According to my heart rate monitor, I burn about 400 calories an hour not to mention my legs and lower abdominal muscles are getting a major work out.
Moving is stressful.
In the words of Christina from Grey’s Anatomy “Shut up. Dance it out.”

6 days until I move
And I haven’t packed a single thing. freaks out
